    A 26-year-old Spalding man has been charged with a handbag robbery in the town. Shane Osbourne, of St Thomas Road in Spalding, is due in court over the robbery. It happened at just after midnight on May 16 near Gibbons' cycle shop on Winsover Road, Spalding. Osbourne will be appearing at Grantham Magistrates' Court today.
